Alexandru Mazareanu
Alexandru is a physiotherapist from Romania and practices in Bucharest.
The beginning of the University studies involved the completion of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at UNEFS in Bucharest. After the three years of study, he decided that study the dynamics of the human body involves understanding the mechanisms much deeper, so in 2013 he enrolled the courses of the Faculty of Physical Therapy and Special Motricity of the same University.
In 2015 he began his studies in the field of osteopathy by participating in various classes offered by OMT London and in 2018 he began his studies at LCO Canada within the DOMP program, expanding his career into the field of Manual Osteopathy, applying this effective and successful treatment for most musculoskeletal and structural conditions associated with poor alignment, traumas, injuries or aging.
In 2018, he also began his studies at DGSA Academy. In 2019 become an international certified Dry Needling Therapist DGSA®.
His special interest is on the study of anatomy and physiology in a cause-effect relationship of trigger points in different orthopedic and neurological pathologies. Methods of dry needing treatment, as well as their combination with osteopathy knowledge are the focus of his work.
In 2020, he began studying musculoskeletal ultrasound at Brunel University and then completed the PgCert Diagnostic MSKUS at East London University in 2022.
Since 2022 he started to collaborate with Cranio-Cervico-Mandibular Academy as a Assistant.
In 2023 he started to work with the Olympic Gymnastics Romanian Team as a head Physiotherapist.
